The short version

Who runs WikiClicks

This website is run by WikiClicks. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using WikiClicks

You can play WikiClicks for free, for your own enjoyment. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for any personal details.

We may change the game, its puzzles or its features, or pause or stop it, at any time.

Play fair

Please don't try to break, hack or overload the site, get around how it works, or copy its puzzles or pages in bulk, including with bots or scrapers. Sharing your results, screenshots and share pictures is welcome.

Wikipedia content

The articles, pictures and facts in the game load live from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. Wikipedia text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence, and each picture under the licence shown on its Wikimedia Commons page. They belong to their authors, not to us.

Wikipedia is written by volunteers and can change at any time, even during the day's puzzle. We can't promise that an article is accurate. WikiClicks is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation.

Our name and design

The WikiClicks name, logo, design and puzzle choices are ours. Please don't use them in a way that suggests you are WikiClicks or that we endorse you.

Provided as it is

We work to keep WikiClicks running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of mistakes or work on every device. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using the site.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your privacy

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy. In short: your results stay in your browser, and visits are counted anonymously with no cookies.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
